Situated on the picturesque South Coast, Historic Milton is located a leisurely 2.5 hours drive from Sydney or Canberra on the South Coast. One of the district’s original dairy farming properties has established gardens and is surrounded by a botanic reserve named Mick Ryan Park, donated to the public by the original family owners.

The main reason for the existence of the Park is the preservation of the heritage listed Grand Old Fig Tree, a magnificent specimen of the Illawarra little leaf variety spanning almost an acre and estimated to be over 180 years old.
